Pharmacy Premises

Under the Pharmacy Control Act (2001), all pharmacy premises must be registered with the Authority. All alterations to those premises must also be approved by the Authority.

Pharmacy premises require annual renewal. Upon renewal, a Registration of Pharmacy Business Premises will be issued.

If your pharmacy premises is moving, you will need to apply for a Relocation on Form PNR. You can also use this form if you are building a new pharmacy.
